Rick joined the management board as a co-opted specialist in early 2006 and was elected as a full voting member of the board in September 2006. Rick is a specialisit volunteer and has no previous history in any aquatic discipline. As such his expertise is brought to the management board by advising on new project business planning, marketing, intellectual property issues, sponsorship and relationships with higher education.
