Matt McFahn	REGIONAL DIRECTOR Matt has a wealth of experience in Sport. He was the former Sport Performance Manager for the British Paralympic Association. Matt has been involved with professional sports in various roles over the last 18 years, including development roles at England Squash and 7 years as National Manager at the English Federation of Disability Sport. Diane Stafford	OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR Diane is responsible for the administration of the North West Region. She has been involved in swimming in the North West since 1986 at club, association,county and regional level. Diane is the Manager of the Swimming Management Group for the North West Region. Diane is also currently President of Lancashire County W.P.S.A. Email DIANE



Julie Allsopp	SWIM 21 CO-ORDINATOR Julie is the co-ordinator for Swim 21 in the North West. Julie previously played water polo for Great Britain and is currently the coach of the University of Manchester Ladies Water Polo Team Email JULIE

Ann Burgess	COUNTY SWIMMING CO-ORDINATOR - CHESHIRE Ann is responsible for the Cheshire Area and is based at Macclesfield Leisure Centre. Ann has a background in swimming. Louise Gardiner	COUNTY SWIMMING CO-ORDINATOR - GREATER MANCHESTER Louise is responsible for the Greater Manchester Area and is based at the Regional Office. Manchester. Karen Driver	COUNTY SWIMMING CO-ORDINATOR - LANCASHIRE Karen is responsible for the Lancashire area and is based at St. Peters Leisure Centre, Burnley. Jon Keating	SCHOOLS SWIMMING CO-ORDINATOR Jon's primary role is to look after the National (government funded) School Swimming project across the North West and North East. Rebeca Burrows	DIVING TALENT & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER - DIVING Her role is to assist is to maintain and deliver diving development opportunities for people of all ages and abilities throughout the regions, to ensure that national projects and strategies are linked and co-ordinated locally through the regions. Working closely with ASA Regions and Community Sport Networks to increase awareness of diving. Lead and drive Swim 21 pathways, and promote and deliver diving in line with the LTAD Framework. Norman Leighton	WATER POLO TALENT I.D. & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER - NORTH Norman is responsible for Talent ID and Development of Water Polo. Norman was a water polo player himself and has held various Team Positions within England and Great Britain Water Polo. He is currently the coach of Rotherham Water Polo Club. Joanne Bean	CLUB & COACH SYNCRONISHED SWIMMING Joanne Bean has responsibility to develop the sport of Synchronised Swimming with the region. She will be working closely to develop the sport with the current Synchro clubs in the region as well introducing the sport to newcomers. Alberto Bertolotti	CLUB & COACH WATER POLO - LANCASHIRE & MERSEYSIDE Alberto's responsibilities cover the area of Lancashire & Merseyside. He will work closely with all Water Polo Clubs in this area to ensure that the sport is continued to develop. Tim Dunsbee	CLUB & COACH - WATER POLO GREATER MANCHESTER Tim Dunsbee is responsible for the Greater Manchester Area.
